Sarah Montes

Sarah Montes is an operations Manager for a small IT company in Fresno, Ca. She started as a Service Dispatcher and worked her way up to her current management position. Sarah excels when it comes to management of projects, office management, and leading her team to succeed. Sarah started her own business as a Professional Photographer. She photographs many events to help document all the wonderful things going on in the community. Sarah is a mentor for Take a Stand’s Glow Up Girls – A girls mentoring and empowerment group. In 2019 Sarah joined the board of directors for Take a Stand. This organization also provides communities and individuals with the knowledge and tools required to mobilize and prevent violence against our young citizens as well as social justice work in the areas of race, class, gender, age, and sexual orientation, which are all critical to ending violence against our youth. Sarah enjoys working with the youth and being a positive role model to young folks. She also works with the Legacy Project Fresno which is a Leadership Development program and Summer Job Opportunity for the youth. Sarah is a big believer in giving back to the community and helping others in need.
